My stay at this property was truly remarkable. Carole Ann, the manager, was incredible and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Without her, we might have considered leaving early on. The food was also exceptional, with a top-notch breakfast that added incredible value to our experience. The property itself was beautifully landscaped, and the main house was clean and well-organized. The staff did their best with the resources they had, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. this place felt like a home away from home, and I can't wait to return.

thelab cape town was an amazing experience during our recent weekend in hout bay. the property is beautiful, secure, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. the location is convenient for exploring both hout bay and constantia, and the breakfast was truly amazing. we will definitely book here again in the future.

My recent holiday getaway was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, close to everything I needed and offering beautiful views. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of muffins, bread, cheese, cold meats, yoghurts and fruit salad. The coffee was simply the best - I'm still dreaming about it!
There were a few minor issues during my stay, including slow wifi that could not be activated properly from my room. However, these were insignificant compared to the overall wonderful experience.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious room and beautiful garden with a pool. We also enjoyed the view over the nearby mountains from the hotel. The cleanliness was superb and the breakfast was excellent.
